  • Clinical training completed at King Fahad Medical City and King Abdullah Specialist Children’s Hospital (National Guard).

Saad Alotaibi is a licensed occupational therapist with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences. He completed his clinical training at King Fahad Medical City and King Abdullah Specialist Children’s Hospital (National Guard), where he gained hands-on experience supporting children’s development through everyday activities.

 

Saad believes that meaningful participation in daily routines is key to a child’s growth and well-being. His goal in therapy is to help children build the skills they need to thrive in the activities that matter most, whether at home, school, or play.

 

Outside of his clinical work, Saad has a love for poetry and enjoys listening to podcasts that expand his knowledge and support lifelong learning.

Shrouq Alhaseen

  • Bachelor of Arts in Special Education from Albaha University, KSA
  • 7 years of experience in the field.
  • Certified Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) by QABA Credentialing Board.
  • I believe that every child deserves care that is full of patience and respect. My goal is to support each child’s abilities and help them grow in a safe and loving environment. I focus on building trust and creating a space where the child feels seen, heard, and supported.

Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist

 

Shrouq Alhaseen is a caring and experienced Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Specialist with a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Albaha University and has 7 years of experience working with children and families. She is a Certified ABA Technician (ABAT) through the QABA Credentialing Board and brings compassion and structure to every session.

 

Shrouq believes that every child deserves care that’s rooted in patience, respect, and understanding. Her approach focuses on supporting each child’s abilities, helping them grow in a safe and loving environment. She values building trust and creating a space where every child feels seen, heard, and supported.

 

Outside of work, Shrouq enjoys exploring new places, trying new things, and learning about different cultures.

Najla Bahammam

Najla Bahammam is a dedicated ABA therapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Autism and Behavioral Disorders from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, and has 5 years of experience working with children and families. She is a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and holds additional certifications in Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill-Based Treatment (SBT) through FTF. Najla is also a certified Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) therapist and trained in ESDM parent coaching.

 

Najla believes strongly in the power of early intervention to support a child’s development and improve long-term outcomes. Her approach focuses on meeting children where they are, building meaningful skills, and working closely with families to support progress in everyday life.

 

Outside of work, Najla enjoys turning ordinary moments into opportunities for joy, learning, and personal growth. She loves discovering new experiences that spark creativity and connection.

Clinical Psychologist

 

Raneem Alangari is a licensed clinical psychologist with a Master of Science in Psychology from Marymount University, Virginia. With over two years of experience working with children and adolescents, Raneem is passionate about supporting young people through their emotional and developmental journeys.

 

She believes that every child and teen deserves to feel safe, understood, and supported. In her sessions, Raneem focuses on creating a calm and trusting space where children can express themselves, build confidence, and learn healthy coping skills to navigate life’s challenges. She also holds a certification in Digital Health from Harvard University, enhancing her ability to integrate modern tools into care.

 

Outside of her clinical work, Raneem enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and expressing herself through writing.

Noura Almanie

Noura Almanie is a licensed speech-language pathologist with a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Swallowing Pathology from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University. With 3 years of experience in the field, Noura works closely with children and their families to support communication and motor speech development.

She is PROMPT certified and uses evidence-based techniques to help children with motor speech disorders. Noura believes in a neurodiversity-affirming, client-centered approach that celebrates each child’s unique way of communicating and learning.

Outside of work, Noura enjoys watching movies and TV shows, playing video games, listening to music, and keeping up with the news

She is certified by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and holds additional credentials, including QASP-S and certification in the Hanen Program.

 

Elham takes a neurodiversity-affirming, individualized, and functional approach to therapy, valuing each child’s unique communication style. She believes therapy should be meaningful and tailored to each child’s daily life, making skills more practical and easier to generalize into home, school, and community settings. Elham is passionate about collaborative care and works closely with families and other professionals to create well-rounded, strength-based interventions that truly empower the child and their support system.

 

Outside of her clinical work, Elham is deeply committed to giving back. She actively volunteers in programs that support children and families in need and believes in using her skills to make a positive impact in the community.

She is certified both locally by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties as a Senior Therapist, and internationally through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).

 

Ayah specializes in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and is PROMPT certified in treating motor speech disorders. She adopts a person- and family-centered, strength-based approach that focuses on improving each client’s overall quality of life. She believes that communication is a fundamental human right and supports the use of multimodal communication, while respecting each individual’s preferences and choices. Ayah is passionate about promoting awareness of neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based practices that empower clients and their families to advocate for their needs and well-being.
