Elham takes a neurodiversity-affirming, individualized, and functional approach to therapy, valuing each child’s unique communication style. She believes therapy should be meaningful and tailored to each child’s daily life, making skills more practical and easier to generalize into home, school, and community settings. Ayah specializes in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and is PROMPT certified in treating motor speech disorders. She adopts a person- and family-centered, strength-based approach that focuses on improving each client’s overall quality of life. She believes that communication is a fundamental human right and supports the use of multimodal communication, while respecting each individual’s preferences and choices.
